Im not RuYi, but this is indeed her cousin who is pictured here. Ive had my same account for a while now, think it used to be HTVHitokiri or something. I told her I'd ask around for her. But yes, its RuYi's cousin, and RuYi & family have been selling things to raise money to help her out. I hadn't asked her about posting here and including her name with it, but while typing out the initial post it did dawn on me that I and another listed her name in the donation message.
I haven't been around for quite a bit, if I was very scarcely, to know how her time here as a staff member was looked at. But Im hoping (if its a negative that she's involved) you can look past the stuff that went on here to help out the little girl.

I mean... There's really not much information/pictures etc...

I'd like to see some more back-story too >.<
It's sad, but it's difficult to trust just anything nowadays.
The link has more background to it, what RuYi/Family wrote on it regarding the situation:
The little girl on the pictures is Hanyi. They are a little outdated. She is now seven years old. She loves jumping rope, cats and her favourite colour is orange.
Friday, February 22nd, 2013, she received severe third degree burns when the house burned down. She and her parents live in China and can not afford the surgery and care.
Ever since we've got the news, everyone in the family gave what they could to help pay for her care.
Because it wasn't enough, we started selling our belongings, and tried to find more jobs, giving away our savings.
Our family is only a small family, and we aren't very wealthy, but we managed to get almost $20,000 ourselves, but we are nearly out of resources and ideas.
We have a week left, until March 11th, to get the remaining money. We really did not want to have to try get the remaining money this way, but we have no other choice left.
The amount of money the fundraiser was started for is the minimum we need, hence the odd number.
Our remaining items that we are selling will not be removed from auction sites, and we will not stop trying to find more jobs now that this fundraiser has started.
But if you could please spare something, anything, to help to get the last bit of money, it would mean the world, and the gesture would be treasured always.
Thank you so much.
I apologize there aren't more pictures to add validity, I understand that would add to it. But I've been in contact with her since it happened, and she held off on reaching out with a donation link till yesterday.
