Lion Shout Pros help me out
yo, i'am a level 30 pure INT fire/light nuker
i noticed fire damage in a straight line, while lighitng is like a chain... they both do the same damage... approximately. well level 1 anyway
the thing is, i use a spear... after i use a nuke, the monster has very little health left, if i hit with imbune that was used on my spear while i had the nuke.. i can kill it...
but that takes time... run up and hit...
if i use another nuke.. it takes even longer and more mana..
so, what i'ma asking is.. should i level up lion shout? do pro pure int nukers use lion shout?
any suggestions to what i should do?
thanks
btw, NUKER IS SO FUN

I use lion shout and keep the level up to date with my mastery. I'm getting the mastery for the nuke anyway, lion shout can only make my build stronger, although it means getting a little more SP. There are a lot of great things about this skill.
- Awesome UPPERCUT! animation.
- Multiple target for those mostly harmless but still irritating mobs on your trade route between Jangan and the ferry.
- Very little casting delay, leaving the enemy very little time to react and pot your nuke away before you hit him again.
- Cheaper and faster in many cases than using your imbue again.
- Did I mention how cool the UPPERCUT! is?

getting the Flying Dragon spear move (the one where you throw your spear) can be another solution. that's how i finish off that annoying few HO left when i don't 1-shot a mob. don't know for sure what lvl you can get that at...

Thx IceCrash for my awesome sig :)

Wolf's thunderbolt is what we mean when we say "nuke". As far as the range of lion shout, I have discovered that if you nuke something/someone and they are running away from you when you start your attack motion, you can usually add a lion shout directly after your nuke even if they would normally be way out of your range.
Pretty sure flying dragon requires 31 Heuksal mastery.
