What is the lvl cap in mastrey?

I hear people say 80 and i hear them say 150 im confused. Any 1 know the real cap?

now is the lvl cap and mastery cap 70, it will be expanded to 80/90 soon (I hope) and silkroad is based on a max lvl and mastery of 150

Idk that guy makes no sence i just want to know how high a mastery can go up to. Can it go to 80 or 150 ???? or is it sumtin different all together? Reason for this i wana make a full int Spear/Nuker build and i was wondering if i should use a sword with that if so how would i splkit up all my mastries for that. Im just gonna go Fire/Light for the nukes and im gonna use the Spear passive for the hp...... So since im gonna do that should i use just the spear passive for the hp and not use it a wep and go sword with the skills of it? or should i jus forget about the sword and go all out spear?

A mastery can go to lvl 70, it goes as high as the lvl cap.. which is 70
