Actually going to start working out 4 times a week starting next semester. Just started informing myself on possible protein options. I'm quite skinny (6.4' - 148 lbs) so I'm going to start with some protein that focuses on weight gain (not really sure wtf my friend was talking about). Of course a good diet is the key. Gotta make this a lifestyle

Lately I been real into Yogi drink. As a child my mother never bought it because she thought it would make me fat, but ever since I started living on my own I've become quite the rebel indeed and have had many a Yogi drink.
I just resupplied at the store. Winter is coming and you don't want to be caught off guard in case a Yogi drought arrives (which they are bound to, btw!!)

I also been supplementing it a bit with 'Roze Koeken'. Another childhood deprivation of mine. I used to watch this show called 'Villa Achterwerk' and this woman was constantly eating 'Roze Koeken'. I could never have any and it took me well over 5 years to finally get to the delicious sweets of the Roze Koeken and shit was cash. Ever since then, me and Roze Koeken have been just like peas and carrots.

I can somewhat relate except with fruit roll-ups. Every single kid in my class had them but of course my parents would never buy them for me. Got my first job when I was 16, BEST BELIEVE I STOCKED UP ON FRUIT ROLL-UPS.

@skyve he's probably talking about gainers, those are mixed up with carbs and fat getting real high calories drink. I'm not a real fan of those this make me feel sick ahah, I just go with pure brotein as much as possible so i can clean bulk (getting mass without getting fat)

I kinda have a thing for BSN. I mainly use Syntha-6(CookiesNCream fav num num) mixed with milk or water, all good! I don't need a stock pile of it, I only use it after a hard work out or training sesh. I do martial arts, so I don't need the extra bulk that comes with over using protein powder, but different strokes for different folks, I guess.

You can get the same results with the right diet and exercise. supplements are really not needed.

So I have to start eating a to beef up my hardgainer ass.

Breakfast; 2 Eggs, Milk, PB&Banana Sandwich, Oatmeal

Then a nice protein-rich snack (thinking almonds) with a glass of milk every 2-3h.
