pc problem
theres a noise comin out of the power supply or w/e its caled. sounds like the fan is broken but it seems ok. when i turn it on it runs ok despite the noise but when i try to shut it down only the monitor shuts down and i have to turn it off comletely via the button. what could be the problem?
