LOL i never said they should allow people to smoke on the job, it should have the same regulations as alcohol but just to tickle you anus a little although i dont have my licence yet i have plenty of friends that drive stoned all the time and i can still do everything i normaly would if i was stoned. Not to mention the countless amount of people that take medicinal marijuana and go to work everyday.

Hm its very interesting actually. Technically speaking, weed is still illegal in both states. Federal law still classifies marijuana as a schedule 1 controlled substance and federal law always outranks state laws. That's the reason why federal authority were able to shut down many California dispensaries recently. Also if they really wanted to local police can still arrest you for marijuana and you might lose in a court case...but chances are they probably won't if your state has it recreationally "legalized".

This is what my friends and I are afraid of. I can see Marlboro buying into the marijuana scene and adding all sorts of bad chemicals to their shit just to get people to buy them.

I'm hoping that even though it'll be taxed to shit, I'll still be able to go to a dispensary and get marijuana that I know is THC.
