protein fart
jesus **** it's embarassing, my boss called me in her office this morning, she said she had people complaining about me farting too often.
well since i've been young i've been mastering the art of the ninja farting, wich mean i never do any noise when i fart but they are deadly, the smell is horrible. usually i can get away in public when i fart since there's alot of people but after 1 year of working at the same place, same office, people started to notice it was coming from me.
problem is since i take alot of protein every day (i drink like 5 shake of whey a day) and i eat alot of complex carbs (fiber fiber fiber and fiber) I usually fart like 4-5 time an hour, i dont even notice it, it just come out like it's natural as breathing.
Any of you ever experienced something similar? any advice? is there any kind of food i could get to limit the damage caused by my alphass?

My farts always want to come out when I'm in school or some other inappropriate place. It's annoying. But I don't fart often though.

There's your problem.
Your body can only digest so much protein at a time, the rest is wasted and adds strain on your body.
One of the biggest side effects of taking in too much protein is constipation, diarrhea, and gas.
I was taking in too much protein for a little while, gave me really bad gas and the shits.. cut down.. now I feel great.

Yah I think the body can only take in around 24g of protein a day before it's wasted

IIRC your body can only absorb 8-10g of whey protein per hour, I think ~35-50g at once is your body's max [at once] before it becomes wasted [this varies greatly from person to person, though]
Other types such as casein are absorbed at a much slower rate.
Personally I take in about 100 grams of protein a day, I do this for the fact being that my job is physically demanding. At the moment we're working 11 hours a day, 6 days a week, which is changing soon... thankfully.

lol u crazy i take around 200g a day
i drink 24g every 2 hours, so no problem digesting it, the problem is the smell of my fart, they are insane, this whey turn your farts into nukes
