Assuming you're referring to the thing that goes under armor (or above, in the case of the guild backpack), that's because they don't exist. Rare is the highest rarity for those, and the only one is the guild backpacks.

I'm using the Masterwork one I got from storymode since that's the highest Rampager piece you can find as of now. Also, thanks...I kinda knew that but I was still wondering if there is one. Btw, where do people get that Triforge pendant? I want one =/

TP = 79 gold
Pieces off the TP = 61g + 50 crystals, stick those in the Mystic Forge, out pops the pendant (pieces are the Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald Pendants)
