Can I just point out even though he looks like a woman, can has had all these hormones to make him look like a woman. Probably also has had surgery to have his breasts done, used his penis to make him have a pretend vegina, but the thing that makes us woman is our reproductive parts, that can not be changed.

This whole business of chopping off your wang and balls and turning it into a fake vagina makes me wonder why these guys choose to ruin their ability to experience an orgasm all together...As well as ruin their ability to have pleasurable sex....
