Lol ? Me, unless you know anything that does over 18k dmg every ~2 seconds passively I don't see why you would question it.

Level 30 and I keep getting one-shotted in Harathi Highlands so I'm assuming I need to gain a level or two through Ascalonian Catacombs. I'll give it a try after school, heard dungeons are hawwwdd. :(

Stupid Explorable Mode. Story Mode has its challenges although it's nothing near the difficulty of explore mode. I took some guildies to TA earlier just to guide them on their first TA story run. 2 minutes after I said "please do not open the pods, I will lead the run" ..one of them starts opening all the goddamn pods. Worst part is that he's my cousin.

Not to mention I was the only level 80 in the group. The rest of them were 50~52 with level 30 gears. Horrible run =/

I'll be trying a dual dagger thief soon. I was gonna make it dual pistol but I'm a bit tired of having a ranged weapon as my main.

Dual dagger is my favourite set along with the infamous S/P ; when you land that Pistol Whip

I'll usually run D/D with P/P (or Shortbow). The P/P set is good when you're feeling a little lazy. I love using P5 skill to create a "shadow" field then use P3 (Unload) to render everyone blind muha. :D

Glass Cannon Build: http://www.guildwars2guru.com/topic/641 ... tab-build/

I'm going to have to tweak it a little bit. Sacrifice a tad bit of damage for a huge boost in survivability.

I'm trying to make it a reflex to use Heartseeker at the right time. You could spam it I guess but if you use it when they actually have low health you achieve way greater results. Question is ; How many stacks of bleed (twisted fangs) should be on my target?

It's either I get more Twisted Fangs or more Heartseeker in a combo.

If you have a Sylvari ranger in your team, let them use Summon Druid to bind the lovers or Entangle and binding root. Makes it a lot easier to keep them separate.

Yes, dungeons are hard, but it can be done with good group without bigger problems. Just need to learn how to fight each boss. I finished today Arah story mode again just to help out friends, we did it in about 1h. Considering it took us well over 2h first time, its very noticeable improvement, and half of them still dont have lvl 80 exotic.
But some parts are still bugged and need to be reworked, there is no explanation for spawn of 10 veteran mobs and all have knock down while dragons hiting you from far with knock back and what not else.
Looking for mmo to play...

Nah my build is nothing like yours and neither is my approach to it. No intention of changing anything to face you or anything of the like either.

Good duel last night. I played a few more games in public randoms afterwards and decided to trash my axe/horn in spvp and go with longbow/shortbow (my old build) instead. The burst damage from the longbow as well as the use of Point Blank shot is worth a lot more than the slow axe attacks. I did a few runs using my SB + Axe/Horn set-up and I did..sort of well. Then I started using my longbow as secondary weapon and I always ended up on either top 1 or 2 of the list. :sohappy:

I'm still gonna roll with Sharpened Edges and Signet of the Stone but I might just change Signet of Renewal to something else -- maybe the racial skill, Binding Root (3 sec immobile) or Spike Trap.

I spent the night doing tournies and ended up with about 15 gold chest, lost once and by a point. Changed my build to be full traps. It destroy, not much else to add.

I also played guardian today, with 10 minutes of previous experience I took on the role and won like 5 of those gold chests with it =).

Inky tbh I dislike playing public games. Is a big zerg fest and it doesn't sharpen your skills. My problem with the longbow much like with the horn 4 is that is too easy to dodge, you would never land that on any mediocre player. I am sure you can tell why is so effective in public.

Also wth Raven have the highest dps, didn't know that but dogs are still awesome. Wolf <3

I don't mean to use it for a long time. I fire point blank shot as soon as the longbow is out and follow it with rapid fire while they're knocked back..then switch back to shortbow. As long as they don't manage to evade point blank, the fight will be in your favor.

Also did you know I had to Farking run across enemy infested land in the eternal battlegrounds just to get my hands on a wolf?! Fear is a very nice skill since it lets my shortboe stack bleeds.

A lot easier to find people to kill in WvW lol. The skill level of people in pvp is as follows: Tourney people > group PvP > WvWvW.

Also, I found a way to gamble for fast money in the game. Not sure if people here know yet but it is a risky move. You buy Lv74 Rare weapons and break them using Master Salvage Kit (buy with Karma from weaponsmith trainer). The cost of each weapon is about 20s on average. The thing you are after are Ectoplasms. 1 ectoplasm loot = you lose about 3~6 silvers because they sell for 19s and it cost about 3s to sell it over TP. If you get 0 ectoplasms, you lose about 18 silvers. The profit comes from multiple ectoplasm loots 2~5 per weapon. Last night I managed to gain about 3 gold in a few minutes from doing this but there were also times when my money dipped down by 2g in a few seconds.

Just remember that it's like a casino. You might gain a lot quick in the beginning but in the long run, you can never win against the house. The key is knowing when to step away from the table. Good luck, gentlemen =)

You cant get more than 3 ectos per item. Only way you can earn money this way if you are very very very very VERY lucky.
