Lightning Tree (Concentration and Passive)

How useful are these two skills (Concentation and Heaven's Force [passive])? Both seem to increase your parry ratio.

Is that helpful to a nuker? And does anyone have any more specifics on these two skills?

Would taking these two skills mean you do not need to bother with the Spear passive?

...always take passive....its useful since it perminate (cant spell)

...parry bascialy means ur opponent wil do less dmg to you than when you dont have parry.

buff is just a thing to increase parry.....also by alchemy /doge tabs u can increase your parry.

agian they are very helpfull

basiclly the midset you should have as a nuker is

" the less damage I take (the longer I will stay alive), the more damage i can give(the more thinngs I can kill)"
