they are 162 new skill .... 129 Are european skills , each attack and self-buff skills have a new skill ... , also there is a warlock buff called " warlock_spellp_party_hwan_up_a "
33 are china , most are in force , and there is some attack skills in bow , blade and spear.

Some skills already exist in Recovery. Those 3 same looking ones are the CH pain quota skills. With a lot of those icons I can recognize which tree they belong to.
It's weird how now Euros get so many new skills. Because the system is different - Euros will still be using their lvl 4 skills at cap and almost all new skills they get have a different effect, Chinese have basically the whole tree with the same effect which would mean that China gets more new skills. I wonder if they wanted to change the system again.
But anyways, warlock_spellp_party_hwan_up_a is a would be a very nice skill, the name shows that it will increase the berserker regeneration speed for the whole party.
Looks like there will still be no new tree for Heuksal and Pacheon.

nope it's a euro skill, chinese skills are the ones inside the redbox

In the chinese box, middle row, nr 7 from right has a codename sword_smash_damage_up_a which looks like it will a new tree for Bicheon. Or they will put it in the same tree as the smashes, which would be weird. But then again, I found no new skill tree pics for Bicheon from the db. Otherwise, there will be no new trees for Chinese.
And Force will get some new debuffs as well(chinese box, middle row, nr 1,2,3 from right). Interested about what effects they'll have.

I think you mean 5th row. That one is a better version of Vampire Kiss.

Now those Heuksal and Pacheon masteries. The skill tree pics have been in the pk2 for a long time but no skill pics to go into that group.

Well, I said it before that the skill leveling system Euro has, doesn't justify adding new skills with the same effect. Now they will add some with different effects but mostly it seems that they want to change the Euro skill leveling system to what is more like the Chinese one. It is good for Euros to get some new looking skills though.

Again, Joymax just goes back on their original game design and trying to make everything the same so nub players can be happy.

Euros were told ahead of time they would get all their skills at once and just lvl them up over time. Chn was incomplete and would get more skills later to balance the two races.

Now Joymax is trying to get a few new players and keep the old bored ones so they give euros new skills.

Instead of 3 races with different playstyles, we'll just get the same shit across the board. Fun.
