Guild emblem

Hej,

I made myself a guild emblem, registered it and stuff like that..
It all worked its a nice pic..
But in Sro-R ingame it turns just white.. nothing from the picture at all just white..
Will it load or will it stay like this :O?

I got a guild emblem, converted it to .bmp format etc.
Put it in my silkroad salvation folder, renamed it "guildmark.bmp"
yet when i try to use scroll to use it, it says "there is no file"

idea?

Are you allowed to put a guild logo? Do you have the right size? Is it a 24 bitmap?

yes its 16x16 and .bmp
I renamed it to "guildmark" only, now it says it does not follow format >.>
is 24Bitmap any different than normal .bmp? lol.

EDIT: ok i changed it to 24-bit .bmp
but now it says "you are not qualified to use this item"
Even though im guild leader...>_>" and my guild is lv 3

Don't you have to be lvl 4 for logo? (and grant names) o.O

Grant names are level 4, Union is level 5, Union emblem requires level 5, dunno about the Guild emblem level though.

i know grant name is lv 4
however guild logo though, i didnt think so :|
