Character Deletion Issue *Urgent*

Im new to the forums but i did do some searching before i made this new thread. Im having an issue deleting characters on 2 accounts that i have. One of the accounts is about 3 years old and the other is barely 6 months old, if that. The reason i made the new account was because i thought my old one would have been deleted after 3 years of inactivity. But since it still let me log on i tried to delete some characters and one of them has been sitting there a few months now and has been deleted. same issue on my new account. I already double checked to make sure they werent in guilds or academies. If someone could either tell me what the problem might be or direct to a thread i might have missed, i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

I'm not entirely sure when you deleted them but it takes 7 days to 'process' the deletion. This to avoid making it possible for hackers to remove your char.

If it's past 7 days and they are still there I guess mail Joymax about it, I've never heard this glitch/bug/error =/

Right well like i said its never happened to me before until just recently when i started playing again. I know about the week wait and the reasons for it, it just confuses me thats all.

When you click on your characters after you login they are usually standing up, once you press delete they go down on their knees so make sure that happens. If not a message usually pops up saying something like "you must leave your guild"
