Sort of. It wasn't release as one large patch but as smaller parts in various content patches.
Most noticeable is the graphical update. That was added almost a year ago I think.
3.0 just released yesterday and it added mounts, housing, and a lot of other content. So as of now, I'll say about 70% of the stuff seen in the vision trailer has been added with the game mainly missing the underworld environment, city raids(or w/e that appeared to be at the end), seasonal(dynamic) weather, and what appeared to be a new class.
Edit: Apparently seasonal(dynamic) weather does occur in the housing area.

EU and NA are run by 2 different companies and no EU isn't getting this update for a bit, they have to release it in 3 languages.

So, anyone playing? Im on Anuhart(UK) and been enjoying my time, comapred to Aion I used to play (before 2.4) leveling seems so much quicker, finished downloading the game yeaterday and I am already 22 Level (Spiritmaster, Asmo)
