I'm looking for a program that will erase any downloaded file or whatever it's done after restarting or shuting down a PC.

something like if you did something today (download music, installed games, etc etc) upon restarting the pc or shutting down and turning it on again, all the modifications done are wipe down, as if nothing ever happened.

Well you can use Eraser, but it's manual

or you can download a live cd of Tails

You can either use Tor or default internet and it pretty much history being placed on your hdd. It saves everything to your ram and when it shuts down, it clears the ram

hijackthis works too. Though the program seems to be for very experienced pc users, so I don't use it often.
