Based on your rules, I doubt anyone would join, too many stupid restrictions.

1. You only accepts certain build? (Its a private server)
Population is not even 100 people online at the same time.

2. You restrict someone that he/she goes with a Real Name and not some alias or title (This is an online game) So you want your Members to be named like :JustinBieber or RebeccaBrown?

3. What's wrong having a character with opposite sex? (This is really not for you to decide whatever char anyone choose)

4. Yes Thief is a Thief but, why would I rob that guy, If I know that he is my friend? (This can be apply in real life, would you rob/steal something from your bestfriend/family just because you are a thief?

Your rules are not simple and its stupid.
You just want another you in your guild. I doubt you will be an effective leader if anyone will ever join you.

There are like 240 people online atm, and its a weekday. I could go on some big ole' rant about how people need to stop caring about the numbers, and focus more on the actual people of the server. I could point out that at all the other servers there's just a bunch of mindless drones who don't know what the hell they're doing, but that'd take far too much effort. So, I'll just leave you with this little simplistic example of what I'm getting at...

Quality > Quantity.

I actually cringe in disgust when I see people like him trying to do these things. I've met people like him in the past that wanted their guild members to speak a certain way (old English) and they want you to stay in character all the time... All...the...time.... They want you to dress a certain way and keep to it...they want you to do as you're told when you're told and in the exact manner you're told and if you don't follow the "rules/guidelines" they set up a 3 strike system to warn/punish you or banned you outright from their guild...


They've become so entrenched in their fantasies that it becomes utterly unbearable and despicable...Yes Wolfe I find you unbearable and this is my first time meeting you on here...People like you drive me crazy to the point where I feel like punching them it the face because of their neo-nazi-nerd attitude. I don't think "Phunky" should be a valid name.

Reason: I doubt anyone was called Phunky at the time, when SRO is supposed to "play" (Actually i don't even think that "Phunky" is a name nowadays). I think names like Karl, Friedrich, Heinrich, Beatrice, Alexander, Peter, Adrian, Richard, Leonidas, Julius, Arthur, Gwendoline, Helena, Mordred, Morgana etc. were more common back then (at least they sound more medieval). I think you should pick such names. It would be more realistic then.

Also for chinese (asian) names, i'd have some more suggestions:

Dschingis, Attila, Kanade, Kazumi, Masami, Minako, Kenji, Otomo, Satoru, etc.
