too bad joymax doesnt make their own content. joymax doesnt actually own the rights to produce new content. all they do is act as the middle man btwn us and the real company that makes it. (ppl who own the korean version) so everything that u see in game and updates etc arent cuz joymax made them. joy max has a list of things they can or cant add. (recharge being one of them as seen on viet sro for years)

The developer/publisher of KSRO are JoyMax, and the part of it which is in the US, holds the international version. They have the rights to modify their content which is ISRO. They don't design the game though. I think it's only SRO-R, which has different systems and such, where they made anything theirselves. Otherwise it's only events, that they make themselves. But WeMade are also connected to SRO-R. Who knows how big their part is in this.

I bet that KSRO survives only because of ISRO. If they didn't recieve income from ISRO, KSRO wouldn't be enough to keep the company alive. Now the other versions, like RSRO and BR, they have been bought by other companies, they bought all the rights and they probably have to pay for new content that is made in Korea. That's how I see this. Correct me if I'm wrong though.
