Though some questions (not really questions) are two extremes with no middle option, such as the biography question. Having to pick one of two extremes can greatly skew results.

Really inaccurate test. It's extremely superficial and packed with fallacious information regarding narcissistic behavior. One could be a narcissist without actually acting like a know-it-all, obnoxious snob; they simply need to act according to the situation to get people to do what they want - anything to make things favorable for them. They have a general sense of apathy for other people but they might exhibit behavior that resembles genuine concern in front of peers to maintain appearances. It's not as simple as the test portrays. It goes without saying, no way I'm buying/downloading that book. If I wanted to learn more about narcissistic behavior, I'd read the DSM-V.
