Dom, a password reset was required + new security questions. Did you try that yet? Wouldn't let me login the first time until I logged into SWTOR and reset my password. They should of sent you an email about it.

Joey - yes, you did join, however, there needed to be 4 pre-orders for our guild to lock-in for release. There was only 3, so I don't know if our guild went through.

As for maintenance, this is going to be very common until the 20th. I'm glad they are beefing up security. Although, I wish I could get my hands on one of those key encrypted USB's that came in the collector edition. I hope they will sell those in the bioware/EA store.

If only 3, then yeah, didn't go through. Since they aren't giving every preorder early access right away on the 13th, make sure you update what server we will be on. I think I ordered it early enough that I should be one of the first early access people, but who knows.

BTW, I didn't notice this til I saw an article today about it, but apparently US early access was supposed to start on 15th, then they moved it up to the 13th.

Dom and anyone else that got in on first day, when did you order your copy? They said it was by order (or maybe redemption of the preorder code). I ordered mine way back on July 22nd.

Edit: Obviously they aren't doing it by preorder date/code redemption date.

I rolled Republic on Mask of Nihilus.

I will prob roll my Empire char's on another server, prob a PvP one.

I ordered the game within like the first 10 min of the pre-order release. I was literally in the first batch of emails sent out at 7AM Eastern time.

I like it because there's a guild on both sides. I'm going to roll an alt into the Republic side later on.

What build/class you doing dom?

I created a char on both servers. Empire on Dom's (level 10 assassin) and Republic on Ava's (lvl 2 or so smuggler).

Having lots of fun with the Sith Inquisitor. Char name on both of them is MrJoey. If capitalization matters, one of them ended up Mrjoey and the other MrJoey.

Damn near just kept playing, but I have to work, and need my call-ins for a few events that are coming up that I might not get the day off for.

Also, choose Scoundral subclass for smuggles, the best IMO. I got mine to level 31 in the beta.

Anyways, just got done playing for a bit, right as I log out, pm from a gold seller. Happened too late to get a screenshot, but I facepalmed.

I absolutely love the item system. For those of you that haven't played, it's a combination of WoW and GW. There are your standard greens, blues, and purples. The orange items work like GW where they are fully moddable. You can collect the orange skins and mod them up to your level. I have, consequently, kept all my oranges and tried to complete the sets.
