GTA 5 Annocuned

I thought the game looked really good but I don't think the gameplay is there when you match it against something like Just Cause 2.

This franchise was awesome back in the ps2 days when it introducing the freedom that sandbox offers but others have stronger gameplay elements now so the fight to be won is there ( I never played gt4 so maybe I am missing something but last I checked you were just some thug running around doing missions on foot and the occasional vehicle ).

You also have to remember that GTA3 didn't even have anything close to SA. I suppose after a few years understanding the engine and what the fans want takes time. Though I was still confused as to why they didn't include as much as they did like in SA to GTA4.

But I'm pretty damn sure they learned a lot from GTA4 and the rage/euphoria engine over the years. Don't forget a lot of things you could say 'done' when moving onto the next making it easier to produce.

I don't think they're gonna switch to another engine already. And there is a plane in the trailer that looks like the one that could be flown in GTA SA, and you mean bicycles right? Yea, i wanna skate park with a BMX, a skateboard would be also cool

Expect it to change a bit. It'll be more refined, but still the same to the core. I'm sure they wouldn't ditch Euphoria after spending quite a lot of cash to use it. Also using the same engine isn't bad. It's what you do with it. Perfect example is the Source engine. You can easily tell a difference from HL2 to Portal 2 to Vindictus. It's old. Yes it is, but people forget what an engine really is.

Also I'm betting Rockstar isn't showing the other cities currently so they can release another trailer and build hype.

Just installed GTA:SA.. and will enjoy replaying it.

Trailer looks good, I just wonder how they are going to play this out. They tried doing this before with GTA3->GTA4, but GTA3<GTA:SA by a long shot. Interesting to see what happens.

Gamestop's placeholder date and art. No surprise. I wouldn't expect it near Max Payne 3's release date either. It's a reasonable release date place holder.. sorta.

Another cool story, arcade like playstyle but most of all planes! Some trucking missions would be cool too haha :3
