If I could do some recon for anyone here for a prank like this, I gladly would. I do hope Jeff is alright though. Kind of a spooky ending.

Well when he signed up for the escrow thing he had his full name, maybe that wasn't his exact last name but who knows. Try searching his name up to see if anything relates to him being fined/sent to jail for this?
