Let me get this...Planet Earth has be ruined by mankind and left almost lifeless.

So some scientist make a time machine and go back in time (they can make a time machine but cant clear up the air?).

So humans can repopulate the earth with dinosaurs...and change the timeline, using up the resources of dino-earth (much, much less then now) and ruin the planet even faster

I think this sums up the story line of this tv show

1 episode, I rather wait a couple of months or so before I watch it, I always prefer doing like that otherwise you may end up on the last episode available and it's really exciting but you have to wait a week or so before you can know what's happening. :P

Looks interesting tho. Added to my "watch" list, currently watching through Supernatural.

Maybe I got it wrong but I believe they're from a different planet and they're moving to earth.

Which would explain why they're so amazed and surprised by the angry dinosaurs.

No the first planet is earth the second planet (Terra Nova) is "earth like" they don't know 100% if it's earth or not. They also sent a probe through the time fracture or what ever they called it and they found no traces of it after. "Proving" that it's a different time line like back to the future with the 2 time lines.

Apparently the episode cost $4 million to make and only brought in 9 million viewers.

Only brought in 9 million viewers on the pilot is pretty darn good.
You try making a film and get 9 million viewers.

neways, this was pretty good. Some plot holes (like them taking their mask off in the hallway when the cops searched them but he wore it into his apartment)

All in all was pretty good and can't wait for velociraptors

Whether or not he can make a film and get 9 million viewers is irrelevant to how good 9 million views is compared to the production cost of the show. Did you even think before posting that? 9 million viewers for a 20 million dollar ++ pilot that was put on hold multiple times is not pretty darn good.

Pretty amazing first episode, can't wait to find out what these symbols on the rocks are, and understand all about this time line, different dimension thing.

That is, if they do explain it.

I've seen the first 3 episodes so far. I like the idea and I will probably keep watching it. One thing I didn't like is that some of the actors are horrible.

When you've seen as many movies/tvshows/docu's and have as much knowledge about them as I do then you really start to see this.

But yea I'll keep watching it for sure.

So they have fillers too in this show? What was episode 3 all about? We didn't even see anything of the sixers, even though the 2nd episode ended with their female leader saying something about the mysterious commander's son. I hope we don't see alot of these kind of episodes in the future, I'd rather have them stick to the main story.

Yeah, I hope it doesn't turn out to be one of those shows where every episode is just a "different adventure" with next-to no follow-up from the previous episodes.

It probably won't, but this episode, while still being entertaining, was weird.
