Euro party -1 bard +1 wiz?

Basically we have a guild party which is this:

2 x warrior (1 warrior is 114 FF the other is 107 so he will die without pain himself)
1 x cleric
1 x warlock
2 x bard
2 x wizard


Would the party work out more damage if we took out one of the bards and added another wizard, there would be no 46% mag damage increase but would another wizard with a rare staff make up for that damage?

It won't do more damage, but if you can't find another bard, don't worry about using four wizards. If you can get two bards, I think it helps more than the extra wizard. If you combine dance and hit march and the bard attacks (both bards should be attacking at this level), then all the extra damage out weighs the damage from adding a wizard with one bard.

Both bards at the moment are attacking and hitting 40k a hit with the dance on but one of the bards is a wiz/bard so I was wondering would we do more damage by letting him go wiz.

Is it like a 50/50 thing or has this been tried/proven before?

What I worked out:

At the moment both wizards have legend staffs, that + dance + warlock debuff they hit 450-520k in serk with meteor.

so 46% of 500k = 270k without dance.

Rare staff is +6 so it's better than the legends +0

Both bards hit 65k in serk with dance on so 130k in total per hit for the both of them.


2 wiz + 2 bards = 1mil 65k on a PTG.

3 wiz + 1 bard = 845k on a PTG.


Does that sound correct?

2 bards and 2 wizards will outperform 1 bard and 3 wizards, in both damage output and survivabilty.
