Immortal stone?

What does the attribute 'immortal' do to a weapon?

Grants the abillity to a piece of equipment so it doesnt brake if it fails..
Someone correct me if im wrong

That's correct.

When you do alchemy on an item, there's always a chance that it will break (and become useless) when the alchemy fails. The immortal stats basicly prevents it from breaking.
