Yes it does, if you look throw the map you can see the fortress(es), they are still un-occupied.

Not sure what is the date and time for fortress though.

What's the exp rate? On the first post I see anywhere from x30-x50, but on their website I see x90. I have a slow connection so I don't want to download the client without knowing the stats. Thanks!

Made an int spear last night and hit 96 in 4 hours last night.
FF fire to 96, heuk and ice FF to 80.

I love these rates.

@randy the rates are 90x exp/92x sp I think, it goes double on the weekends.
