thing is with private servers much less effort is needed to reach a high level and so forth so i guess people feel less committed and don't feel like they are giving up much when they quit and/or leave the pserver.....i suppose

You'll find that kind of people, if you just return to Azteca. That's the reason, why i currently rather stick to Azteca than any other server out there.
