The admin at BSRO fails even harder than the one from ESRO.

Thats a myth. There were never really true tests about that. Probably some ignorant Silkroad player came with that idea since Europeans get 20% more experience and skill point experience compared to Chinese. If you have any proofs of that, I'd be glad to see it. Even if that IS true, in this Silkroad version you have exp and sp scrolls which give you 100% more exp/sp, but in reality, it makes little difference, and it does NOT double your experience. Try it, test it, go solo grind and kill a mob, then use 100% scroll and you wont see significant increase.
Therefore, your argument is invalid, too bad most of Silkroad community is purged with ignorance, and wont accept Chinese (who knows how to play, what his role is) in party. In kSRO (and we know kSRO has pro players), its common to have Chinese lure with force.

I would rather take a good chinese player instead of a noob euro, about the -20% im not really sure, it was a big argument and someone proved it and i didnt bother reading it (in this forum),
And a chn player in a euro pt = less buffs too, i played as lurer for eu pt when i was a blader, but the problem is, wizards lack buffs, as a blader u cant taunt mobs enough to keep attacking u instead of wizards, this goes same for rogue which can lure like a beast, but still not enough taunt, more deaths, only if wizards have good sets, that would help, not fix.

I am certain that exp/sp isnt effected by chinese player, even if it is, it shouldnt bother you on this server, because obviously calculations are wrong here.

For instance, normal exp rate is x350, while your 100% exp scroll turns it into x351, instead x750.
I perfectly agree with you that there are better replacements for it, this is a topic we can discuss alot, but I have my friends that are willing to play under my leadership in party.
The problem with this servers are bad players. I am not in situation to play with good players, because I have to get myself statisfied with pick up groups. But I have been numerous time, during my journey in bSRO, the only one to survive and res up the team. When Cleric dies, I am always the first one to res him, and if I didnt, we would wipe. Another problem with Warriors as lurers here, is that if we're partying on mobs that are 10 levels above us, when he pulls mobs, often he gets himself killed and therefore the whole team dies.

Dont blame me for trying to do the best of me, since I am in bad situation considering I'm chinese.

Oh, also, as I recall, in kSRO people play with 1x chinese force lure, 3x wizards, 1x warrior, 2x bard, 1x STR cleric (spam aoe heals to draw aggro). But they know how to position themself.

@nitro, thats quite true, rates for scrolls, % and prems doesnt work, and really even if it worked it wouldnt really matter, rates are too high to complain about it, i was kinda late so i couldnt get a good eu pt with mates as a china and other pts basically doesnt accept, so i made a new char >,< , soloing is pain even with high rates.
