Elegibility:
To participate, an entrant must be:

15 years of age or older (if entrant is a minor and not the age of majority in his or her state/province of residence, a parent/legal guardian will need to accept and verify entry for the minor)

A full-or-part time student in high school or enrolled at an accredited college, university, or institution of secondary education in the United States or Canada
*
A legal resident of the 50 United States (including District of Columbia) or Canada (excluding Quebec), at time of entry
