Change password account

I want to change my account settings, login or password, but i cant find where it does.

How can i do??

you can change ur pass there but not ur login..... u can never change ur login

When i try to change my password, it says the secret answer is incorrect, though i know its not, its because i put a capital letter in my secret answer.

Is there a way around this?
