Hi guys, I am thinking of changing to an Iphone4 to facilitate my study. However, I have heard rumors that there might be a new Iphone model coming out this Sep.

What do you guys think? I am hoping the release of new Iphone will lower the price of Iphone4. Should I wait?

New one at least every 1.5 years. iPhone 10 will be out in 6~ years; so you can just wait for that one, or the ones after it.

since there was no refresh this summer it it highly likely that they will release a new iphone this fall. if you can wait till September then i suggest you do so but if you cant then go with the iphone 4. it's still a great device.

I also heard that there will be new phone coming this year. However it will most likely only be slightly updated version of iphone 4.

Go for iphone 4. As said it's great and reasonably priced already.

People say the next is iPhone 4S. Apparently it isn't much better than the current 4, just a bit faster. All speculation though. You might as well wait until september to find out anyway.

i had a mp3 player before they were cool!
apple are only good for mp3 players... unfortunatly they cant even doing that right... trying to make itunes and ipod communicate properly is like feeding dead sheep to a deer through a fence.

"but its exactly the same on the ipod as it is on itunes!" herp derp...
i cant even group things together without my ipod deficating on itself thru the apple only "buy all of our products" port.

the iphone came out originally, way behind in technology and now it just brings out features it should have already had in the first place... until the iphone 4 where they decided to replace use-ability with "sleek style" but i guess thats a good trade off for apple.

im wondering how apple are managing to sell products other then those two, i mean linux is a better operating system and well.. if i was going to buy a over priced expensive TV id probably buy a much better quality SONY.

however to get my ipod to actually work like i want it to, i may have to buy a apple tv with a mac pc and apple speaker systems and maybe some over priced apple headphones to hear the pure tones of dem mp3s

I too have been hoodwinked by the USB/"Ethernet port" nonsense crApple is building into their computers and I'm outraged that a company could allow such an obvious oversight. Hmm I guess you are right. Since I am only using it to surf for study materials during my travel to and back from work, Iphone4 should be enough for me =D

I too will buy the new iPhone and it's not because I think it's great. actually the iPhones are outdated when you look at other smartphones. I just want them because their prices drop really slow and they do their job well enough. I like my phone to be worth somewhat when I sell it.
