Need some help

Anyone with ME and ME2 could you tell me the save location of the ME2 files and what the extension is?

I am trying to recover my save date from ME2 from my old portable hard drive and all I think the files names are like Save_0014.pcsav or something of the like. Would also be nice if you could take screen shots of every folder in the "my documents" area of the game.
