Re: solo hand grind
i don't know about warlock/bard, since i've never played one, but warlock/cleric can solo really well.
Fastest way to grind is: DOT,DOT, next mob, DOT DOT, next... meanwhile the previous mobs are dying. (sort of need a grab pet though)

Re: solo hand grind
I imagine going solo with warrior or battle bard. But warlock's damage isn't high and only dot can make lvling much faster. However, don't you think, that warlock is a bit more "party-style"? His curses is what the party needs against giant party. That's only what I think.

warlock grinds way faster than warrior, lol, and probably faster than bard too. Don't underestimate them.

Good luck finding a party on isro... but yea, they're awesome in a party. But they're great at soloing too.

Actually, i think warlock/cleric is better. You're attacking multiple mobs anyway, so noise isn't that useful. And imo RD helps a lot at surviving. Speed can always be fixed with speed pots

Re: solo hand grind
if u say so, pts always need bards, and there is a surplus in clerics. thats if u change ur mind, but my friend is a warlock bard and does amazing solo. warlock isnt like a wizard, ur dbuffs will save ur life, u technically dont need cleric if ur gonna only pve, if ur gonna pvp thats a diff story. i would bard up to 101 then switch to cleric honestly

Re: solo hand grind
I'm not saying you're wrong. I'm just giving my opinion
Having grind a lvl 74 warlock/cleric, I can only say it's a great solo. And parties that are worth your time are practically nonexistent.
In all honesty, debuffing every single mob takes way too much time, and when you grind the way I did (Dots, run next mob, Dots...) you need healing to survive, unless you have a really good set
Edit:
Kinda pointless argument here, the question was if these builds could solo.
And yes they both can.
