DO NOT BUY IT.

Aside from the LOOOOOONNNGGGGGGGGGGGGG loading time, you can get constant disconnections for reasons unknown and unspecified. The admins/mods of their website turn a blind eye to these complaints and it happens to the majority of people who play the game. It takes so long just to log into a lobby only to get kicked out after being unsuccessful at joining a game or even getting into a 1-on-1 race. And you can't join online races without being in one the multiple lobbies in the game. After getting booted once, chances are you either have to either wait a few minutes, restart the game, or reset your PS3 just so you can attempt to join a lobby again.

I managed to log in just fine and run a few online races for a few days before the problem began to happen again. I know it's not my connection speed because I'm still logged in to PSN and I almost never have lag problems with any other game. I got the game for my girlfriend and she's experiencing the same difficulties with connection. I tried everything from resetting the router, disabling my router firewall, and enabling the PS3 as the DMZ host. I rarely/never had connection problems with other racing, fps, fighting, massive capture-the-flag games (with 20+ people in the room) but I can't even connect to a game lobby in Modnation...fucking ridiculous.
