EA, you make fun of Xbox for having an awesome stage, and Ice-T playing the game he voiced... but you get Lil Wayne and Drake to push FIFA?.... Really?....
LOL, I read your comment and I didn't get it at first, as I was too busy cheering and jumping around the moment the Mass Effect logo appeared.
Hahahaha, when i saw that ME3 was the first thing they were featuring, i was like, God i hope RuYi's comp isnt messing up again, or someone is going to die..
or...
She is having the time of her life right now
Btw,
Overstrike, looks pretty sick
and does anyone know the name to the song for Sims Social?
EA's show was fantastic, made up Microsoft's disappointing show.
I can't stop mentioning how great Mass Effect 3 looked and how much greater it will be, but The Reckoning and especially Overstrike sparked my interest. Will definitely keep an eye out on updates.
Code: Select all
...Clearance level seven, headache level nine..
I don't understand why people give CoD so much hate and foam out the mouth over BF3 when gameplay-wise they're basically the same thing. You kill people and blow stuff up.
BF3 did look nice though.

gameplay is very different, even if the essence is the same. COD = mainly close quarters, straight into action with realistic damage BF = extremely humongous maps, with all buildings and stuff destructable and it requires lots of bullets to kill someone.
those simple things alone change the gameplay completely.

Hey its CoD, it's just another war game. Hey it's BF3, it's just another war game. But it's BF3!
They're both fun games but the differences you listed are really minor imo. I don't feel like I'm playing a totally different game when I pick up one of them.

G4 censoring everything. Guess I will watch the gametrailers stream.

GT seems to be the most stable one so far during this press Conference. Uplay seems to snap out of it a bit, same for Gamespot. Might be just me though.
So far nothing interesting, but then again, Ubisoft always enjoys trolling us by saving best for last. They did the same thing last year, and just when I was about to fall asleep, they showed Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. Wouldn't mind seeing more of Child of Eden and more news about From Dust would be great.

Just because you're shooting from first person doesn't mean they're the same game. I could say that every RPG game is exactly the same from what you said.
Also Ubisoft.. yawn. Also Inglorious bastards the game.

I didn't mention anything about shooting from first person. They have their differences but there are similarities that are not something that is core to the genre that the two games share which is why the games don't offer a totally different experience than the other imo.
A sequel to CoD gets mocked because it's more the same but some other games get a free pass.

Yea, I definitely remember that. Conference was torture.

I'm going to have to leave the live streams, and watch the Hockey game. I'll keep an eye on this Thread though, so let's hope cool things get you excited enough to post about.
Wish the city in DA:2 was at least half as lively as the city in Assassin's Creed.
Looks good.

That video was so great, I was glad to see Altaïr again. When they pulled off the hood, he didn't really look like Ezio Ezio, but still good. And that demo looked cool. I can't wait to play this game myself, the environments look great again. Story seems so interesting, and that mysterious gate at the end of the video.. *rambles on*
And I was going to buy a 360 this year too. Oh well, I may still get one.
