crit doesnt really matter imo... ( nuke'em )
but seein it has good phy dmg & not bad mage dmg & not bad blues...

I picked up a 32+2 sos with better crit, only 2 int and some other misc blues for 3.5M (it was ~ a month ago). I'd say 6M is pretty far off base. 32 -41 is a quick leveling time, many quests so you won't hold it long. Farming is done usually at 16, 42, 52 and after 64.

I'd say 4.5M tops.

on venice lvl 32sos+3 with blues are going for around 8-12 mill (personally i think they are way over priced) and i would suggest selling it seeing as your lvl 38 just get lvl 38+3 or better, my 38+3 has like 429 magical damage
