Lvl 3 + guild leader, guild npc.
5k gp , 100k. Fire or light are best

A feature added in the Guild Renovation Update. More info can be found here.
Basically it gives a guild the ability to hire a group of NPCs to help them fight.

Depends on if the leader has upgrade em. For ex. fable did both upgrades, and our mercs are better than the default ones.
