Pacheon Mind Concentration

I did a search and got tired of sorting through every seperate instance of 'mind' and 'concentration.' Using AND doesn't restrict the search to two consecutive words. Neither does enclosing the phrase in "xx xx" or adding xx+xx.

Anyhow.... end of rant against search feature. It's still helpful for the most part.

Passive skill - Increases character's Hit Ratio.

-It says 'ratio,' but does this refer to the 'rate' of attack?
-If so, is the "Attack Rating" on the chart above a percent increase in rate of attack?
-Does this passive apply to weapons other than bow? I would think it does, since it's for the 'character's' hit ratio... just want to be sure.

I think like you said...your weapon give you a certain attack rate..and this one gives some AR extra. and I think it'll work for every weapon user (cuz when you have that health increase from heuksal..you dont only get it when you use a spear/glavie do you )
