No internet

So i had my internet cut for some reason and i had to go like a week and a half with out it and i feel like it was the worse week i had.

I was like that 2 months ago.
Now I am barely on. But it does suck when it is gone

I could live with it if I wasn't dependent on the internet for doing my work. 2 weeks of no internet during a vacation would be alright...

Lost internet for about 5 days last summer and it was boring (just played some offline games) .

But this time it had been off for about 1.5 month , as i have last year exams this week (6 days of exams) and i can't even open my pc till the end of this week , only my mobile .

Oh well , i can live without internet during school (luckily) , but not that much during vacation .

My parents banned me from the computer for 6 months a few years back. I think I lasted about a month and a half without using it at home. Thank god our school didn't have tight computer security yet back then. later I started slowly using it at home again, usually with the excuse of doing schoolwork. 4 months in I was pretty much using it full time again, although I was cautious with them seeing me as little as possible D:

And I've gone for internet about two months... was only bored when I was at home, prolly watching TV, but that was usually week nights only
To be honest, I think having internet does more harm then no having it, at least to me.

I don't know how people can live without the internet. It just has everything I need in one place. Want a recipe? Google. Need directions? Google maps. Want to learn a new song on guitar? Youtube. Feel like converging with people I hardly speak to? Facebook.

The internet is just so handy. I've gone one or two days without it but always had my phone as a backup supply. My life is too intertwined with it to be able to live without it.

I can survive a bit of time without internet. The worst is when electricity goes out; thats when im fked!

Sucks. We went a MONTH without Power. Lost all of our Food in our Freezers and Fridge. Our Power bill got Quadrupled and Could not afford it, just for them to say.. "WHoops, we made a mistake" and then still require it paid. Happened when I was like 14 or 15. Still showered and stuff and Families and Friends houses, but it's a terrible experience to lose something you are so accustomed to.

no no it wasnt like omg omg i need to game but the fact i needed to do so much homework online, and that i was expecting some emails from work. and stupid school internet blocks all that stuff :/

Didn't have a computer for 2 months once... oh my. The "omg u haz no life" argument isn't even valid anymore. It's not just for games. I mean, I just need to get my daily updates (YouTube, Emails, Facebook,etc.)

I don't even game on my computer often, but Internet is a Necessity for College as I'm living at Home still and it's a pain using the College internet. I would be so effing pissed if I lost it now for any reason.
