For those of you who haven't been around for very long, we used to have a magic show here on SRF where I did a variety of magic routines and "performances" and posted them on here for the world to see. I later became inactive after I had lost all the material on my computer and so the show died with it. But now I have found all which I had lost and with a new found interest in magic I have decided to revive the show and produce not only new tricks and routines but also performances of much higher quality!
So I am happy to announce The SRF Magic Show 2.0!
I am always happy to accept other magicians into the show as I did with Evil_Venom with the previous one. So if you have any previous experience and wish to be featured on the show simply PM a video of you performing a routine/trick. Make sure though that the performance is of suitable quality as I will set a high standard on both myself and featured magicians on the show. Episode 1: "The Ambitious Card Routine" I just noticed I whispered "It is" at the end of the video, just to clarify, I meant that the card was, not me.
Spoiler!
Regards, 0l3n.

Good that someone does, I looked at the videos a few months ago an really felt that I didn't do the effects justice so I deleted all of them, so if anyone wonders why they're gone, I hated them

Kinda silly question as this is artist's corner but i want to make sure ^^ .
Yes, you would have to make a video yourself.
P.S. I might remake it and cut it up into two videos, one intro and one with the actual effect. And this time actually signing the card myself! Now if only sharpies were sold in sweden.
i could only criticize u one thing! U DIDNT STOP WHEN I SAID STOP!
Silkroad: Probably lost all of my accounts already, but used to be something between: Grounded, Murphy, Peach... In many, many pservers... League of Legends *LAN - Groundy - lvl 30

I'm confused.
The 'wave' thing at 2:36, how long does it take to get it perfect everytime? It's a very cool trick and I'd like to learn it and I'm just wondering if it'll take an afternoon or a week of practice.

Oh, ok. I got confused because they aren't shuffles
But they take a very long time to perfect, I used to be able to do them invisibly but it took about two weeks with several hours of practice a day. Now I suck at them though, I'll definitely be practicing a bit this week.

I wouldn't really say its "wrong" but putting something up on youtube or another big site doesn't help. If no one ever revealed how some effects were done you wouldn't have anywhere to start.
Do not though that most people that reveal magic tricks are really bad at it and there for most of the time will not do it right.

Yeah, I kinda agree, but people enjoy having a mystery. Don't they? lulz And revealing how a trick is done.. can take the fun out of magic. That's all.
