Question about resetting skills?

Can I reset skills in silkroad???If yes where?

you must be level 20 and u have to go to ANY HERBALIST IN TOWN. u can redo it over and over BUT BE WARNED. U ONLY GET 80% OF SP BACK AND IT TAKES A TON OF GOLD

There is also an Item Mall purchasable thingie that undoes them as well.

Skill Reallocation Potion
Withdraws 1 level of skills and mastery and recovers 100% of the invested SP.

im lvl 17 now.should I lvl till 20 reset skills and then do sp farming some lvls or should i start a new char?

and how many skill points do I need when I want to master my skills till 300?

reset your skills later in the game. Doing so right now would cost you alot of money... in higher levels, 20k is pocket change. Just don't raise any masteries until you get a 7-9 level difference and start farming.
