very good read , the way you answered some not so polite people questions really gives you credibility.
I wonder why it has to be you the one that tell us all of this , if you are not even working for joymax , not criticizing , just pointing out you are filling an area that they totally neglected wich is comunicating with the players, they should have paid you for doing this...

Why would silk assistants get hacked? Bullet got hacked yeah...wouldnt JM do something about that. What about others who didnt use bots? Saying there is a hack would just scare the crowd. How come YOU have GMs number? Does cauhualan(dont know hwo to spell it) get the GMs #? Why can't he call instead?

Because they make so much money from each server that it's purely a financial decision.

The decision to start a new server isn't the answer to server-load problems, and JM are well aware of it.

The solution to that problem will be a 2 part in my opinion.

-1. Ban botters (by whatever means is effective)

-2. Initiate a more sensible trading system (ppl staying logged in to sell wares and not actively playing are a huge problem). Other MMORPG's have "off-server" trading methods which work well.

your 2nd option will not work. less time selling just = more time playing. upgrading equipment and not just getting new ebay servers. they can buy all the servers in the world, but unless they can hold more people.....its pretty pointless. I hope this boycot will teach them, We dont care how much money they make.

update video drivers AND monitor drivers! this is one of the things that most dont do but this is a error that happens in most pc games when they are using monitors like LG and SONY

We both have Gargamel's contact info because we were the contestants from the USA for GNGWC. I plan on talking to Gargamel in a week or two, but to be honest, I'd rather catch up with my schoolwork and study for my midterms before doing stuff for a game (even if it's a game that i'm horribly addicted to, lol)

Sure, they'll wish that they put more updates into iSRO, but what good is wishing when they wont be able to afford to do it?? Then you all will still be mad. nightv seems to be doing a generous thing by telling us all this, and we probably shouldnt reject the advice s/hes giving. But, s/he isn't in contact with all of JM, only Gargarmel, and it doesnt seem like Gargarmel is really in contact with the heart of JM who is handling all these issues.

If I buy silk, it will not help me out in any way since I can't grind because of botters, I'm too poor to start making all of my gear to +5 or more, I don't find any interest in making globals, I don't care for a tree hat.
Should I buy silk just to make sure JM don't go under. I don't think so. I'm not an investor in JM. I'm a customer. I want a functional product. If they can't live up to a reasonable standard, I'm not gonna pay them. There is nothing wrong with that. Just common sense.

If anyone wonder where Bakemaster a.k.a. Chameleon is, he is taking some time off, not knowing if he will get back to this game.
As for Sutasyue, no she is not an rotten apple. She has taken her SA job seriously just like Bakemaster. So don't start making up things about people you don't know.
What I know, it was not the SA's but the GM's who lacked in effiency. One of the reasons Bakemaster grew tired of this game, is that they were making so many promises but nothing happend and there are still alot of unanswered questions on the SA forum.
I will let Bakemaster speak for himself though, beacuse thats one thing he is really good at. If he will post, I don't know. But i don't have all the insight and will not start speculating about things.

I doubt Chameleon would lie about having Gargamel's, or who's ever the GM was, msn. It could have been one of the others wich would make sense, when you are saying Gargamel doesn't have one. And the thing about GM's don't visits the forums. Well, HuyFong got a birthday greeting from one of the GM's after posting it on a forum together with some alchemy he did, if I remember corectly.

If you do got this good contact with a GM, please continue trying to get all of our questions answered. But what I still don't get is why a player, even though you participated and won in the SR competition, is the one to get answers to these questions.
I hope JM will live up to all these improvements you are telling us. If they do, people will start buying silk again and those who never did from the start, might even reconsider doing it.

you can not fail alchemy to +1 for starters.

A little clarification, You cannot fail going to +1 with lucky powder. The rest of it is just luck. There aren't any tricks to alchemy, just luck and persistence.

i can follow you in that Alfred. Like you said the company itself should provide any kind of service to answers player's questions and grieves. But... let me remind you that EA also sucks at any support (in fact do they have any at all?) and you pay for their games...

On the other hand... let's say Gargamel comes on this forums and proves he is the real one... imagine what that would give:
1. flaming, begging and praising alltogheter in one topic
2. his pm full in 25 seconds

geez i only say things that have bin said to me.

one thing i dont think you guys know is that the gm charicters and logins are used by a group of people to check on the game.

but only the real GM Gargamel will talk to players.

on the issue of silk assistents. most have ether stoped playing ben proven as botters or have had negitve reports.

and i noticed that the only SA your all talking about are from Babel. which is odd to me.

i just trying to help and i am going out of my way to do so. be happy.
i do not need to do this nor am i geting anything for it.
i give your the best answers i can with the info given, so if tell you somthing is the miss and what i know to fix it, umm try it before you say its bs or what ever. then wright on the forum and say it did not work can you ask why it did not work? since that way i am more willing to help you all.

this is the same problem that the GMs have with you players. they get this all the time, and the funny thing is they read alll the bug reports. gargamel wasjust pointing out some of the funy/ass holey things you guys wright in there.

First:
I think its great thing what nightv is doing for us. Taking time out to actually answer our questions. N as you can easily see there are hundreds of questions for him to answer. Along with all the repeated and pointless questions. Also he has to keep calm especially when there are so many people out there who simply flame JM and/or the GMs when in truth they are doing all that they can to help us out. Also try to take into account the number of questions he is possibly getting in his PM.

Second
If he says that the SAs have been disband then why not believe him? I mean him and cuch are the closest we will get to a GM at the moment. It may be true that Bake and some other ex-SAs have a way to contact a GM. However im sure if u ask they wont say as they would not want the GM to be flooded with calls/emails.

Third
The fact that night n cuch can actually call gargamel n talk/ask about our questions is a definate bonus to us. So it would be greatly appreciated if you did not constantly flame him/GM/JM. It may be true that the GMs read these forums or will read these forums at sometime. N im sure they will appreciate what nightv n cuch are doing to help them. However if they see the response that you give them, well it will only make them take questions and suggestions like this less seriously. They should know that the community which they work so hard to maintain and keep happy appreciate all their work, not just get angry at any little thing because the game is not PERFECT.... Its a free game n the GMs truely are working on it. Just give them the support they need with good questions and suggestions and not just flames and complaints..

I hope this changes some peoples points of view.. If not well at least i tried.

question: do you have any knowledge on the status of Guild Quests? This is stated in the manual online. It would be great for guilds to have these kinds of quest.

Oh please. If they dont have 30 minutes a day to storm the caves or other bot infested areas they might as well quit their job. It's obvius that someone from JM is making bot, and running gold bots. Although it may not be the quickest way to deal with botters, I actually appreciate this thing. I'd hate to be banned just because some idiot mistook me for a botter, and JM accepting their report at face value. Or being blocked for botting because a group of players with a grudge (after a successfull thieving attempt?) decides to mass report me. I'm anxiously awaiting the bot blocker you mentioned, though should that not be sufficient perhaps some active bot hunters/reporters should be appointed (and checked upon to avoid power abuse) by JM.

As a side topic: do they have any idea on how to restore the game economy? The massive gold bot farming and gold selling has really increased the prices to a level where most players can't afford good items anymore. Heck, you know my reputation, and even I'm starting to have financial problems at times (not right now though).
