True, you only need ID and secret answer, but the password will be sent to your e-mail address. So unless the guy knows your e-mail password, you're safe

Well that only means he also knows the new password too. So you can only get the items from the char and not take the full char back o.O

I was not hacked as I made my char but I hope they do roll back as I lost a lot of friends and even my guild master who owned hotan fortress was hacked, guild was disbanded.

A rollback doesnt help anything. They all will get hacked again.

They might wanna claim for a rollback + a change of the security system?

They did the same thing a couple of years ago and only changed system so anyone who was hacked were just left hacked.

btw, when I try to forgot PW. it requires ID+Email, no S.A. hmm. cuz I would like to log my lv70 char back in 70cap but I forgot the PW and Email.

Seems like it doesn't work for me,or they have modified it already?

Why should there be a rollback? so people who obviously did illegal shit can get there chars back, while people who made their chars themselves lose out on thing they did during the rollback time?

FML, I just noticed that I have been scammed because of this bug.

My Alchemy character has it's own level 5 guild and I had a full nova LA set, nova warlock rod/shield in the guild storage being pimping for when my char gets 101.

My friends alchemy char that was on his main account was also there with guild storage rites as he is trusted (known him for 4 years) and he got hacked, hacker took everything from storage.

I really hope for a rollback now or else well I have lost basically everything. =(
