Hey guys, haven't been here for a while so here is my problem.

I got 3 accounts, 1 main and the rest are subs.
I got "hacked" on my 2 subs accounts (all my SOX are missing, but not my gear or my characters, weird, and I never shared my account anyways) but my Main probably going to be soon (somoon D: )
What I am trying to do is to change my freaking password, but the heck, I don't remember my secret andswer and I keep being blocked for failing 3 times lol.

is there any other way?!

On the other side, I've farming a character like 3-4 months ago. But today I realized that I had that character but I don't freaking know it's ID lol is there any way to get it? (Like some files on my computer) or by email maybe? lol

You are screwed unless an e-mail to joymax helps...which is highly doubtful that they will help.

ur screwed you cant modify your account without secret answer, kinda sucks they should put a second option just in case you forget one or the other.
