Obama showed what is the legally accepted tender for proving birth at the beginning of his campaign, the short form. Releasing his long form at the time would have given legitimacy to the claims being made by the birthers... but now it's at the point where the claims are a serious distraction. He didn't lie about anything.

Actually it has a lot to do with race. Trump's statements have pretty much all had incredibly obvious racial undertones behind them. His statement advising that Obama "gets on the phone or gets off his basketball court or whatever he is doing at the time" is a blatant racial remark.

Or Trump trying to say that Obama was a poor student who still somehow got into Harvard. Curiously enough the man who married Trump's daughter actually did have low grades, but still got into Harvard. Weird how that works.

Idk if you've ever watched a late night show, but just about anybody(celeb) who has come on, and talked about going to the white house and meeting Obama, talks about playing basketball with him... Lol I can agree with there just being plain old crazies out there, but to generalize them as anyone who is against Obama is kinda dumb.
