Hunter/Thief balance issue?

Hey guys, someone told me that they the balance one day on their server was 72% Hunter - 28% Thiefs. And because of this, no more hunters could log in...

Is this true?

I know there is a limit for entering the job cave when the balance is 25-75 (iirc)

Logging in, I doubt joymax would prohibit someone from logging in just because of their profession.

There is a limit when chosing which side u wanna join. From the moment it hits 45-55, u can't join the 55% side, so u either log in without chosing job, or chose the other job or wait for it to drop (and hope u don't dc on char screen)

You can only enter it when +105 , job cave is a PvPvE grinding place that has some quests that gives good amounts of sp for hunting mobs , collecting items , killing the opposite job players .
