acc problem

yo
i havent played since 90 cap i had an old account left with a lvl 40 nuker with 200k sp but it dissapeared.. the account is empty
is there a way to get it back? i was planning to come back :z

nope sounds like you:
a.) got high and forgot deleting it
b.) gave someone your acc. info and they deleted it
c.) got "hacked" and they deleted it.
d.) forgot what server you were on.

Aren't they deleted after a period of time if you don't buy silk (or have silk on the account)? Something like 6 months?

Far as I know, they discontinued that policy months ago and since have reinstated "banned" accounts.

the accounts are supposed to be deleted after x period of time, not the characters alone.

If you had no silk. As Orphen stated though they changed it after wegame took over.. part.. whatever happened.

I believe CeLL is right. The accounts got deleted, not separate characters. I had the same problem with my old acc, I couldn't log on to it at all.

Not sure why you quoted me as I never said anything of characters. The terms back then said accounts inactive for 6 months without any silk present it would be deleted. It was like 2 years accounts with silk or something. I don't remember.
