lol this thread is ancient. I play a female char and a male one. I got tired of farming with my male character so he's currently parked. I usually play with my unfarmed first character (serran) but I don't tolerate "pickup lines". I immediately tell them that I'm male to shut them up. It freaks me out. One guy even asked my char to be his "SRO Girlfriend" lol. I just said "uuuuuh... i'm male that's creepy".

Some online female gamer i have seen so far have huge Ego, no ofense to the better lady out there, but they acted as if they are above and beyond and i find this extremely irritating. Especially those who think your only talking to them to get in their pant O.o I don't see how that is even possible when their on the other side.
On the otherhand i respect female gamer who play the game for the game itself and not attention that they couldn't get in real life. Flirting with girl in game only created an unenjoyable atmostphere for female gamer.
I don't play female char because to many guy are flirting with you when you have a female char...... its jsut gross <<same reason why female gamer hide their gender.
Because of the stories I write for Ragnarok, I have actually had pm's in game asking me if I would reinact the positions I had my chars....and thats the tame requests...

but i have run into the same type of girl gamers as you mentioned in the first paragraph, and i also respect the others like you mentioned. I enjoy having female players around when i play a MMO because its just something different. they can have a complete different personality and it just makes the game more interesting. And sausage fests arent too great
