Streaming desktop AND AUDIO

First tl;dr version.
Want to stream amnesia for friend, help find site that streams game AND AUDIO.






Long Version: Last night I was trying to stream my Amnesia game play so one of my friends could watch, she's basically a scaredy cat when it comes to games, couldn't even play HalfLife because of stuff that jumps out at you, but she can watch others play, go figure huh?

First we tried Justin.TV which did have audio, but the program they use has limited access and besides, it slows down Amnesia to an unplayable 10fps or less. Also apparently the audio lagged a lot.

Second was skype, had best video quality, no audio whatsoever.

Third was ustream, was worse than both skype and justin.tv combined. Video was spotty, and no audio.

I think I tried a fourth one, but I forget. I have no way to use a hardware patch (running 3.5mm cable from "speaker" output to "microphone" output because my headset I use doesn't have that kind of connection, and I want to be able to hear it myself, Amnesia is terrible without sound.

Any suggestions, fixes for any of the above? If anything, I'm willing to either try a new one, but I'm hoping to get a fix for the audio for skype, that one seems to have the best streaming for 1 on 1.

Do note that streaming a game involves your computer doing quite a few things and without a good enough processor and graphics card you will lag regardless.
