Same here i couldnt read it. Just all ? marks. The reason why i think theres a 4th fire nuke is cause sro mmosite had a little icon for it but people said that sro mmosite is BS so i wanna find out the truth.

I interpret this as it's a planned addition. Note the (plan realization) although I could be wrong as I don't play the chinese version...

^ rofl..."translating" sites are useless when tackling large chunks of text at a time. if my chinese was any better than it is, i'd write out what it really means in english...

welll it's not a bad translation, i'm just too lazy to translate it myself.
it's basically flame wave as an improvement on the fall from sky fireball we currently have, it's for lvl 60. it's the fourth skill.... and it attacks the enemy.....
